PRIVACY POLICY
This page explains, in plain terms, what data we collect through the LOOKGRID website and what we do with it.
What we collect
In the Start a Project form, we collect your name, company, country, WhatsApp number, and optionally your email, current website, and a project description. We also automatically record the origin of your visit (campaign parameters, referrer, and landing page) and, when applicable, which portfolio case you came from.
What we use it for
We use this data exclusively to understand your project and reach out about the proposal you requested. We do not use this data for third-party advertising.
Where it's stored
Form data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon), and the new-contact notification is sent by email through Resend. Your language preference is saved in a cookie in your browser; campaign attribution (UTM) data is saved locally in your browser for up to 60 days.
How long we keep it
Contacts that never move forward into a project are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by reaching out via LOOKGRID's official WhatsApp.
We don't sell your data
LOOKGRID does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
