LOOKGRID Martial Arts is a product operated by LOOKGRID. Each partner academy uses its own environment within the platform and manages data for its students, guardians, instructors, and staff within its tenant.

We may process account and identity data such as name, email address, user identifier, and profile photo when provided by the sign-in provider.

We may also process data required for academy management, including enrollment, classes, attendance, graduations, events, profile data, and administrative or financial information when those modules are used.

Technical access and security logs may be retained to protect the platform, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and provide support.

When a user chooses Sign in with Google, LOOKGRID Martial Arts uses the basic data authorized by the user to create or identify the account and grant access to the correct environment.

Data received from Google is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with advertisers.

Information is used to authenticate users, enforce permissions, operate academy features, maintain security, provide support, and comply with applicable obligations.

Access to data is restricted by academy context and by the permissions assigned to each user.

We may use infrastructure, authentication, database, and hosting providers strictly to operate the service. These providers process data only as required for their technical function.

Authorized academy administrators may view information related to their own environment according to their permissions.

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and support the relationship with the partner academy. We use access controls, tenant isolation, and other technical safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risks.
